About MeI am the features editor at House Beautiful. Since 1992 I have also worked at House & Garden, Martha Stewart Living, Travel & Leisure, and Vogue and have written for many other publications. In 2004 I undertook graduate studies in the history of the decorative arts and design at the Bard Graduate Center and I am currently completing work on my PhD dissertation. Over the past few years, I have taught classes on various aspects of the history of design at the Rhode Island School of Design, the School of Visual Arts, Bard College, the Bard Graduate Center, and Parsons the New School for Design. I have also worked on several museum exhibitions. |
